🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return
• We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items returned after 30 days
• Used or damaged products not due to manufacturer error
• Items not in original packaging
• Gift cards or downloadable items (if applicable)
• Custom or personalized items
